The Halo video game series is one of the most celebrated and highly acclaimed video game series out today, and for the launch of the most recent addition to the Halo legacy, Halo: Reach, AEG Digital Media was tasked with providing their technical expertise in the live streaming of the major launch event.

For the event, AEG Digital Media provided an HD encoding flypack using Inlet encoders. Once the feed was encoded in the Microsoft Silverlight web application framework, the live stream was delivered to Limelight Networks for further distribution.
