AEG Digital Media selected to provide live streaming services for the ING New York City Marathon

New York City – (Nov. 4, 2011) For the second year in a row, AEG Digital Media will be providing downlink and encoding services for The ING New York City Marathon. AEG Digital Media’s premier encoding platform will be utilized to power live-streaming on the event’s official mobile apps during the race, set for Sunday, Nov. 6.

The live stream of the marathon will be available through the Official ING New York City Marathon Mobile Spectator App Presented by Subway, available on Android and iOS devices. The marathon will start at 8:30 a.m. and will allow spectators to watch the 47,000+ runners.
